This Code defines the ethical, legal, and professional standards that guide all our operations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in every market where we operate.
We compete vigorously while strictly adhering to Saudi Competition Law, Anti-Bribery Law, and Government Tenders Regulations (GTPL). We explicitly prohibit bid-rigging, price-fixing, market allocation, and the exchange of competitively sensitive information. All government interactions and tenders must follow authorized channels without undisclosed side agreements.
We maintain zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, kickbacks, and facilitation payments in both public and private sectors. Employees must avoid and promptly disclose any personal or financial conflicts of interest that interfere with company duties. Modest business courtesies are permitted, but gifts must never be used to improperly influence decisions.
Protecting confidential information including pricing, technical data, and personal data is mandatory. We comply fully with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and employ strict cybersecurity controls. Company assets and intellectual property must be protected and used exclusively for authorized business purposes.
We are dedicated to providing a safe, healthy workplace that respects human rights, fair wages, and the Saudi Labor Law without discrimination. We empower local talent through Saudization (Nitaqat) initiatives. All operations must meet exceptional safety standards, and anyone possesses the authority to halt work for safety or quality concerns.
We demand truthful, complete, and accurate financial and operational records without falsification. We cooperate fully with audits and maintain compliance with applicable Saudi and international trade sanctions and export controls, ensuring all third parties undergo rigorous risk-based due diligence.
We require employees and partners to report ethical concerns or red flags through confidential channels. We enforce a strict non-retaliation policy, ensuring anyone who raises a concern in good faith is protected. Violations of this Code are investigated fairly and may result in severe disciplinary action.
